These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the live demonstration experience at demo.atlasconnect.app (the "Demo"), operated by Atlas Connect Solutions LLC ("Atlas Connect," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Demo, you agree to these Terms.
The Demo
The Demo is a free, interactive demonstration of Atlas Connect's AI receptionist and website tools. It is provided for illustration only. Responses in the chat are generated by an AI assistant and may role-play as a sample business to show how the product works; they do not represent a real business other than Atlas Connect and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Acceptable use
- Use the Demo only for lawful purposes and its intended demonstration use.
- Do not submit others' personal information without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Demo.
- Do not submit sensitive information (such as financial, health, or government-ID data) into the chat.
Messaging terms
If you provide contact details and consent, we may follow up with you by email or, where you have opted in, by text message. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
No warranty
The Demo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it generates is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Demo.
Intellectual property
The Demo, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Atlas Connect Solutions LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.
Changes
We may update the Demo or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
